Adobe Illustrator CC 17.0.0 Help

Problem #1: The program crashes after about 30 seconds of being opened.
Fix #1: a) Locate your SLCache and SLStore folders. Usually located:
C:/Program Files (x86)/Common Files/Adobe/SLCache
C:/ProgramData/Adobe/SLStore
ProgramData may be hidden, if it is: (Windows) Open Folder Options by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, and then clicking Folder Options.
Click the View tab. Under Advanced settings, click Show hidden files and folders, and then click OK.
Fix #1: b) Move the two folders to another location. Test any other adobe products you have to make sure that they still function. If everything is working, you may delete them.
Fix #1: c) Try deleting SLStore only.
Fix #1: d) Try deleting the content of the folders, but leave the folders alone.
Problem #2: The "Tryout" text on the splash screen is very annoying.
Fix #2: a)
-Go to PROGRAM FILES> ADOBE> ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR CC> SUPPORT FILES> CONTENT> WINDOWS
- Just swap the names of ai_cc_about and ai_cc_about_tryout (E.g. rename the ai_cc_about_tryout to ai_cc_about_tryout.png.bak for the mean time, then change the ai_cc_about to ai_cc_about_tryout, after that rename the ai_cc_about_tryout.png.bak to ai_cc_about, in short you're just switching their names.)
- Same thing goes to the following files,
- ai_cc_about@2x and ai_cc_about_tryout@2x
- ai_cc_splash and ai_cc_splash_tryout
- ai_cc_splash@2x and ai_cc_splash_tryout@2x
Fix #2 b) Reinstall; but instead of opening the program and selecting the "Start Trial" button before you crack it, try installing it, cracking it, then launch it.
